Therapeutic Massage
Tailored for each client’s individual needs and conditions. This ranges from the classic Swedish-type, designed to soothe and relax using gentle manipulation to ease muscle aches/pains, to deeper tissue work, employing deep kneading and circular movements on specific muscle groups. May also incorporate stretches.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy involves a massage treatment using oil that has been blended with the essence of a plant. Essential oils are blended with a carrier oil, such as grapeseed or sweet almond oil. The different essential oils' fragrance plays an important part in therapeutically treating emotional disorders through the olfactory glands. Aromatherapy is helpful in relieving stress, fluid retention, sleeping disorders and anxiety, and helps enhance health and appearance.
Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

Paraffin Hand Wax Treatment
Includes exfoliation of hands with a scrub, followed by a lotion application and hand massage, then hands are submerged into a warm wax distributed over the skin’s surface. After three layers are applied, hands are placed in toweling mitts. During this 20-30 minute rest interval, the wax relaxes muscles and is allowed to deeply penetrate pores promoting hydration. When coverings are removed, hands are left supple and smooth.
